Overview

Users are recommended to contact their Field Specialist at the Library for advice on the databases most useful for their specific field.

Before reporting a problem, please make sure that you have access to the minimum system requirements and that the recommended settings are in place on your workstation. Please provide us with the following information when reporting a problem:

  • Student number / Staff number.
  • Phone Number.
  • Whether you are working from your home or on a work computer.
  • Indicate the name(s) of the database(s) that you are trying to access.

Include any other useful information, for example the wording of the error message or a screen print with relevant information.
